Please take a moment to review the following information

Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can get a sense of if we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

Reduced Fees

If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have limited sliding scale spots, or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.

Rates

This will be discussed during the initial phone consultation.

Insurance

I do not take insurance at this time. Your plan may allow you to see an “out of network” provider and reimburse you a percentage of your cost. Please contact your insurance company to find out if this is an option under your plan. At your request, I can provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Cash, Credit Card or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
